Imprints of spring..

When everything will speak everything but happiness,
When joy will be all around,
When iredscent will life be,
Spring will come and we shall take off from the ground

When lillies and sunflowers will smile at us,
When the breeze shall dance along-with,
When the sun will be showing thumbs up,
Spring will come and so will life's pith..

When the brook will nourish the green lawns,
And irrigate the ditches
When the vineyards will fragrate the air
Spring will come fulfilling all wishes.

When songs enumerous will fill the ears,
And sweet aroma will impregnate the air
The hues of life will tinct its line drawings
Spring will come like an answer to our prayers.

When the snow will melt away,
And so will our pains,
The winters will be gone
Spring will come and there would be love again.

Reflections by the eyes..

I can see it in your eyes
the power to change the world,
The will to change the things absurd.

I can see it in your eyes
the courage to fight,
the strength to be truthful and support who is right.

I can see it in your eyes
a heart to love
The thought of being caring and tender like a dove.

I can see it in your eyes
the capabilities to lead,
to inspire and encourage others indeed.

I can see it in your eyes
truth and respect,
for the one with jokes, the other with intellect.

I can see it in your eyes,
the choice to open closed doors,
on the way learning a lot from the wise lore.

I can see it in your eyes to crack dilemmas,
to take decisions
reviewing every clause.

I can see it in you eyes
you can show others the light
leaving no room for gloom and plight.

I can see it in your eyes
an infant revolutionary.
Just make sure you are in no hurry.

I can see it in your eyes
you can admire others,
waiting are your sisters and brothers.

I can see it in your eyes
a conquerer by personality.
In the crowd don't lose your individuality.

I can see it in your eyes,
changes for better,
improving things which really matter!

A story.."If we could love".

Most fantasies have a lasting impact on most of us. Beautiful fairies, charming princes, flowers, fortresses-all things of human desire. Here is a story that I have written, a simple commentary on MAN, his hypocrisy, and his drifting away from the cherished valued of civilisation-LOVE AND HUMANITY!

"If we could love"

My days in Nandanpur were passing like a tortoise running a marathon! When something disinterests you, time appears to run really slow! The sulky feeling of boredom had sucked every drop of the nectar of my energy.I was walking with my cousin Aditya and suddenly we stumbled upon a stone. The milieu had changed, far more beautiful than the one by default. It did not seem as if It was Earth. For a moment, I was taken aback.

I realised that we had stumbled upon a beautiful garden. We were walking in the garden, adoring its beauty, jumping around. Our thoughts were so full with the panoramic beauty, that we did not realise that some fairies had appeared and started swaying around around us. But as soon as we did, we were completely swept away by their mesmerising moves. Those fairies were just like the ones who appeared in my dreams.Sure, dreams come true!

Further, one of the fairies, the prettiest one and who seemed to be the leader or formally the queen asked a bizarre question:
"Why do you want to go back to your original world?"

It seemed that in their world, happiness on the face indicated perturbation.Well who wants to go back ma'am! We are quite comfortable here! I realised that before I could say anything, my cousin Aditya, sans any mind, replied, " I want to be the richest man in the world. I have to teach lessons to the boys who hit me, by hitting them back. I want to be with my family, with my pug! I really want to go back to Earth!"

Hey 'we' would have been better than the selfish, obsessed 'I' brother!-I exclaimed within my mind, agitated over my cousin's self-obsession. Aditya was better than me in the academic core, but beyond textbooks, he had no real knowledge. Thinking if the words that were running in my mind were too good to be true and simultaneously worrying about our return, I finally decided to vent out my thoughts.
"Because we humans endure humanity, compassion towards each other, love and honesty. We have all disregards for hatred and dishonesty and we erase any such hard feelings, colouring our hearts with the softer versions of emotions-love, respect and happiness", I said, fumbling because of nervousness and also because I wasn't thoroughly convinced, probably not convinced at all.

The queen fairy chuckled, and in the wink of an eye, we were on the banks of the Son Lake of Nandanpur.

I hadn't even completely realised what had happened, and the queen fairy swirled, swayed and flied away, just infront of me and gave in my hand a pink gem on which was engraved, LOVE!
